The IAC 2023 International Astronautical Congress in Baku has come to an end. It was five very interesting and intense days, filled with interesting lectures, interactive presentations and an exhibition.
We would like to thank the Polish Space Agency POLSA for organizing the Polish stand where we showed our solutions. Once again, the idea of the POLSA exhibition filled with solutions from the Polish space sector proved successful.
Mockups and models are of course important, but it is people who create the atmosphere. POLSA received the award for “Best Stand Activities”. It is the achievement of all of us who were at stand 606. We would like to thank all the people from the Polish space sector present at the stand.
I would especially like to thank and congratulate the students of the PWr-In-Space science club for preparing a great exhibition. We stay in touch with the appetite for interesting projects together.
The congress in Baku brought a resolution to the efforts to organize IAC2026 – in a very fierce competition, Antalya won, which was requested by the Turkish Space Agency (Türkiye Uzay Ajansı) – huge congratulations. Great respect for Łukasz Wilczyński and his team for their efforts in recent months! It won’t be wasted!
The time between lectures and activity at the stand was spent waiting for the decision regarding the selection of the winners of the ESA and POLSA competition for Polish experiments on the ISS – unfortunately, we still have to be patient here.
